Terms of Service

Effective date: November 4, 2026

These terms apply to your use of almightywt.com and to services from Almighty Wheels & Tires L.L.C. ("we," "us"). By using this site or our services, you agree to them.

Website information

We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is for general information only. Tire sizes, brands and stock change often. Please call or text to confirm availability.

Prices and quotes

Prices shown are starting prices and can change without notice. Your final price depends on your vehicle, the parts needed and the work performed. We will give you a quote before starting work.

Appointments

Appointment requests sent through this site are requests, not confirmed bookings. We will contact you to confirm a time.

Payment plans

Payment plans are offered by Acima and Snap Finance, not by Almighty Wheels & Tires L.L.C. Approval, terms, fees and any no-interest periods are set by the provider. Lease-to-own agreements can cost more than the cash price. Read the provider's full terms before you sign.

Warranty

Used car and truck tires come with a 3-month warranty. Ask us for the details of any warranty at the time of purchase, and keep your receipt. Warranties do not cover damage from road hazards, accidents, misuse, improper inflation or work done by others, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

Mobile and fleet service

Mobile and fleet service depend on location, time and conditions. Pricing and availability are confirmed when you call or text.

Links to other sites

This site links to sites run by others, such as Google, Acima, Snap Finance, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Texas law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
